Any stream of B.Tech is available in IITs. But, biotechnology being an emerging field has an excellent scope, even if you do it from a private college.

Yes, you can get admission in B.Tech. You can go for mechanical branch in some decent college at Bangalore.

B.Tech with CSE is a superior engineering degree over B.Sc CS and the most sought after degree in India. Toppers of engineering entrance exams are only able to make it to B.Tech CSE. Syllabus of B.Tech CSE is more rigorous in comparison to B.Sc CS and It is also tougher.

As you are a B.Tech CSE graduate and if you are good in programming then opt for software engineering career else you can opt for CCNA.
