Chances of a good payment always depend on you. First of all, polish yourself in one or two technologies, then get started with any job you get. Meanwhile, keep applying for better jobs and switch. Don't wait to get a good one at the first go.
All the best.

First of all, you have to complete class 12th with 60% in PCM , then qualify any of the engineering entrance exams like JEE Mains. You need to participate in the counselling so that you can opt for the college of your choice. Duration of engineering is 4 years, each year consists 2 semesters.
