After completing your B.Tech, you can register into employment exchange. You can also write RRB (Railways) exams. You can follow the newspapers for government posts.

You are advised to take multi prong approach such as continue search for job, apply for a government job, appear for GATE, try for MBA and do job oriented certifications or PG diplomas.

If your long term goal is to study MBA from USA after B.Tech in CSE then you must have a good academic career. You are advised to have PCM at class 12th and pass it with flying colors.
