I have doubts Manab that you will get into a NIT with these marks. You need to keep trying in other colleges as well.

You will need SAT score for USA, Germany and other countries like Canada require 80% in 12th. Select universities and check their requirement like LORs, SOPs etc. and apply. If you need further guidance, feel free to revert.
