In Andhra Pradesh, many colleges provide B.Tech courses under 50,000. Among them includes JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu, offering courses between 30,000 and 40,000. University College of Engineering Kakinada has a cost of 40,000 whereas College of Engineering, Sri Venkateswara University, is around 44,000. These have various courses of engineering subjects and come under the result of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET scores. You can see that, with a JEE percentile of 51 and a rank of 729,689, B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering may not be a choice for you. The private college or university which is the lower-tier option might allow higher ranks. The following may be the choices available to you: Shivaji University, especially for its engineering courses, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, where you may get the course that you are interested in studying, and PES University. It is prudent to engage in counseling process and explore available seats in various engineering disciplines since various colleges have different cutoffs.

No, without TNEA counselling candidates cannot apply for the BTech/B.E. programme at Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology. To be eligible for admission to BTech/B.E., candidates must apply and appear in the counselling round.

You might just get a chance to get a government engineering college through state-level counseling if your JEE Mains rank is 870235 and you were born under ST category.

However, the chances of admission in an NIT or IIIT are completely ruled out because their ST rank cutoffs are far, far lower. Well, you still have a couple of backup options like state government engineering colleges for reserved category seats and those under the state quota.
