Hello
To pursue B.Tech or B.Sc (CS) through CUET, you should choose Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Applied Mathematics as core domain subjects. Some universities also accept Computer Science/Informatics Practices. A language test (English/Hindi) and the General Test may be required based on the university and course. Subject mapping varies, so check each university's criteria.

However, admission to this programme is typically through JEE (Joint Entrance Examination). Your 69% in the UP Board 12th exam might be sufficient for some programs, but for the B.Tech programme at IIT (BHU), you need to meet specific criteria, including a minimum of 75% marks (or top 20 percentile) for the General/OBC/EWS categories. For SC/ST/PwD candidates, there's a 5% relaxation. It's recommended to check the official BHU website or the BHU CUET UG Information Bulletin for the most accurate and up
