No, B.Tech Biotechnology is not offered directly by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). While RTMNU offers various engineering programs, a search for "B.Tech Biotechnology" at the university does not yield any relevant results. Several other colleges in Nagpur do offer the program, so you'll need to explore those options.

Candidates holding an accredited engineering Diploma will gain admission through Gujarat ACPC. The admission process into Second Year (3rd semester) will be merit-based (based on Marks Obtained in the Diploma). The university will require completion of prerequisite courses, including Computer Programming and Foundation Mathematics I & II. The general category is not likely to get into NITS or IIITS since their cutoffs are far high and at 53.19 percentile the general category cannot easily get selected into NITs or IIITs. The most viable choices of yours will be the colleges which are run privately as Engineering colleges and the Government colleges at the state level where fewer marks in JEE Main or 12th-grade marks are the basis of entry. Identify colleges, which have their own entrance tests or would accept direct admission based on management quotas. Inquire to colleges of research in your own state, as it is likely to be lower cut off on state residents.

An Amazon (38 percentile in JEE Main) is very unlikely to get in NIT or IIITs and most surely can never crack core subjects like CSE. The best bet will be the option of private engineering colleges that have either lowered the JEE marks, or have their own entrance mark or direct admissions through the 12th-grade marks. Explore such universities as Lovely Professional University (LPU), Amity University, Sharda University, Galgotias University or state level private colleges. You may also think about taking state engineering entrance examination (such as MHT CET, KCET, EAMCET, COMEDK etc.) since the cut off may be lower in your percentil
