It's not possible on just the basis of  your 12th board results.

You should have 60% in 12th and must appear for atleast one entrance exam like Kcet Comedk or Jee main.

Even for management seat you must appear for one of these exams but here ranking doesn't matter under this quota.

To be eligible for B.Tech Fire and Environmental Health Safety at GSFC University, you generally need to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (or Biology/Biotechnology) with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/SEBC). Admission is based on your JEE Main score (or GUJCET score). With a JEE Main CRL of 92000, you have a good chance of getting in, as some sources suggest the cutoff for this programme can be around the 38344 rank for the first round. 

There is a good chance in getting an admission in B.Tech CSE.The University accepts students based on their performance in 12th with physics, chemistry, mathematics and English and score in JEE MAIN. If you hadn't appeared for JEE there can be Management quota seats.The University also accepts HSTES (haryana state technical education society)Entrance test.
