B.Tech course is started new at FIMT college still you can take admission, because there is already a BCA programme in the IT Department that has been running since 2009 and its placement record has been very good, about 10% of the students are placed in MNCs like TCS and Wipro. 2 to 5% of students go for higher studies and the remaining students get placed at an average package. You also need a valid JEE Main or HSTES score. For lateral entry, a Diploma in engineering with minimum 45% marks is required. Admission is done through online counseling and document verification.
