Yes, you can. The basic eligibility criteria is 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board. Some universities and colleges give preference to students who have studied economics as a subject at 10+2 level.

Yes, you can take admission in economics honors without studying mathematics in class 12th. But, please remember, mathematics knowledge is required in economics very frequently. Best of luck.
