Admission to all courses is granted based on either the valid qualified score obtained in the national-level entrance exam or through the entrance test IPU CET conducted by the university itself. Students willing to get admission to GGSIPU must score minimum marks that meet the IPU CET Cutoff score

No, you can not get an honors degree in Economics (especially in Delhi university) if you do not have Maths in 12th.
