Certainly, presently the ICFAI University Meghalaya offers several scholarship schemes pertinent to the undergraduate programs. For this, the university offers merit scholarships to students who have excelled in their 10+2 level standard. All students with average marks of 90% and above will be awarded a scholarship that ranges from 0% to 50% of the tuition fee. At Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU), the cutoff ranks for the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. and A.H.) program change annually according to the number of applicants and available seats. The general category cutoff rank, for example, was 126,922 in 2023.

For undergraduate courses at Delhi University (DU), a backlog in the undergraduate studies may not allow one to get admitted immediately. DU usually demands that a student clear all his/her backlogs before the course begins. Since you have appeared for CUET PG, you are eligible for the postgraduate programs at DU. If you want to seek admission for a UG course, then it is a must to clear the backlog before applying; CUET PG results are relevant for postgraduate admissions.

With 450+ marks in NEET UG, you might get a chance for admission into a BUMS course in a government college, but that again depends upon the cut-off marks of that particular college and the number of seats available.
Eligibility criteria for BUMS The 10+2 examination should be passed with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Moreover, students have to qualify for the NEET exam, as the entrance to these colleges is made on NEET scores through a counseling process.

It's not compulsory to available for CUET UG for admission to B.Tech IT at cluster innovation centre,University of Delhi. Because the admission process for B.Tech programs usually based on merits scores as well as entrance exam scores. If you have scored good scores at 12th grade it's not necessary to appear for the entrance exams conducted by the University of Delhi. Otherwise you must gone through the entrance exams conducted for the admission process.

If you want to get admission in MBBS with this marks then it would be not great since you would have to pay a lot for it. But by my suggestion you should try for private university in ither fields for example BSC, BAMS, BHMS or etc. like that which would not be that much costly and can make a good in that field.

Also you can get addmission in many private universities so their is no chance to get dissapointed.

Yes, the Institute of Management Nirma University offers different scholarships that are available for undergraduate levels of the program.
