Fee structure for UG courses at SCTIMST are affordable and inexpensive. Students can also apply for scholarships if they require financial aid. Here the fee structure for Diploma programme ranges in between 25000-35000 per annum. The fee structure for every course differs. There are other PG courses whose fees ranges in between 50000-150000 per annum. Students can opt for central or state level scholarships as well. After achieving a minimum of 60% in their exams, students can apply online for admission to the institute. The institution still only accepts online applications, and applicants must submit their applications via the college's official website in order to be considered for admission.

VESIT offers the following Scholarships to meritorious and needy students:

1) Students Aid Scholarship :
The criteria for this scholarship is that the student should have a score of at least 7.00 grade and family income of less than one Lacs per annum. Scholarships of Rupees Fifteen thousand each are given to 25-30 students across all departments every year.

2) Vivekanand Jyoti Scholarship :
One meritorious student from each department is given this scholarship. An Amount of Rupees Twenty five thousand each is given every year. The criteria is a grade point of at least 7.00 and family Income of less than one Lacs per annum.

3) Sahayog Scholarship :
This is a scholarship by the students for the students. Any fund collected by students is used to fund one or more students.

IIST offers financial aid to students accepted into B.Tech and dual degree programs, which is financed by the Department of Space (DoS), Government of India. The assistantship/scholarship pays for costs like tuition, student amenities, a hostel with food, establishment fees, and medical costs. There is also an extra book allowance of Rs. 3000 given each semester.

For students (apart from those in the SC, ST, and PD categories) who maintain a minimum Grade Point Average  of 7.5 in each semester, this assistantship will be extended past the first semester. If this doesn't work, students have to pay the pre-notified prices for the following semester, which include tuition, student amenities, a hostel, food and establishment charges, and medical costs.

Haridwar university does not offer 100% scholarship for UG courses. The first 10 toppers in state board (first year only) receive 75% of tuition fees. Students who rank between 1 and 5,000 receive a 50% scholarship, while students who rank between 5,001 and 10,000 receive a 30% scholarship, and students who rank between 10,001 and 15,000 receive a 10% scholarship. Students who rank between 1 and 100,000 receive an 80% scholarship on tuition fees, while students who rank between 100,001 and 200,000 receive a 50% scholarship. Students who score more than 90% receive an 80% scholarship, while students who score between 80% and 90% receive a 50% scholarship. Students who score 75% or higher in any semester receive an academic excellence award of 5,000 rupees.
