BIIB helps students acheive their goals and aspirations. The BIIB MBA programme is practical based and detailed oriented. If you want to opt for MBA then you can choose BIIB as BIMHRD does not provide a variety of specialization. BIIB offers various specializations and can help you develop your own self.

As of June 2022, the campus placement record stands at 100% for the batch 2020-22 with the average package of 7.8 Lacs per annum and the highest package of 19.25 Lacs per annum.and the recruiters are coca cola, L&T infotech, GATI, vedanta, Colgate, Hyundai, Palmolive, Cargill, Kansai nerolac paints limited and jhonson etc.

BIIB College has a high ranking according to NIRF as compared to SBIIMS. The BIIB also has high rankings and reviews from students as compared to SBIIMS College. BIIB is approved by UGC while SBIMS is recognised by AICTE. The placement records and the placement rate of BIIB are more than that of SBIIMS. BIIB Pune accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and MAH-CET scores for MBA admission. BIIB also conducts SBEST for aspirants who have not appeared for any of the accepted entrance exams. For PhD admission, the institute considers SBUP-PET/ UGC NET (JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (JRF)/ SET/ GATE/ SLET scores. Sri Balaji University, Pune also admits PhD students through an Entrance Test (SBUP - PET) conducted at the level of the University. The shortlisted candidates are further called for interview and other selection rounds.

Yes, BIIB Pune conducts an interview round for candidates shortlisted based on entrance exam score. Essay Writing is an integral part of the interview process. Applicants are required to appear for an essay writing exercise on a subject, which will be given on the spot in the selection centers. This will be for 30 marks and 50% of the marks will be counted. This essay writing will be for half an hour. The topics will be general and anyone who follows the National Newspapers can easily appear for the same and score good marks.
