BIIB Pune accepts the scores of CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ MAH-CET for MBA admissions. The institute also conducts the Sri Balaji Entrance & Screening Test (SBEST) for MBA. Candidates shortlisted based on entrance exam are further called for a group discussion and personal interview round. Once selected, aspirants have to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

Candidates are selected for the MBA course at BIIB Pune on the basis of marks obtained in CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT or MAH CET. However, as management examination test scores are issued to the students, any student who has appeared for the management examination test can apply for the courses.
