Defining an average student can be very conditional here. For someone who can speak on a given topic for at least a minute with confidence and conviction, it should not be difficult for him/ her to successfully crack the GD. They don't expect you to have great content knowledge, but expect you to have a fair amount of communication skills. Having content knowledge will definitely help though. It is to be noted that the topics given for the GD, Essay writing and roleplay are very general in nature and anyone who follow national newspaper daily should be able to perform well. Kazi we are known in the corporate world for our discipline. Yes you will not be allowed to carry mobile phone in college premises but as soon you come to your hostel room then come your private space where college administration doesn't interfere, but you have to maintain discipline in hostel also. You have to maintain silence hours in hostel. Yes the college has rules and its for our benefit Kazi. Tomorrow this rule will make your name in corporate culture. Whatever the college administration do, its for our career and for our overall grooming. They wanted us to be corporate ready as we walk out after 2 years . Hope i have answer you

Roshan you can go Sales & Marketing. As it is the most sought out profile which will be in demand till corporate world is alive. As your academics are good you can also go for HR, but is just your pure choice. You should know that a company pick 1 HR and 10 marketing guys when they come for recruitment . The college is good for f or finance with an avg package of around 5.5 lakhs with more than 95% placements every year. The total no of seats available for PGDM is 120 spread across 4 different institutes of Sri Balaji Society. Yes, Both delloite and JP Morgan come to our campus for recruitment. It is to be noted that only 30% weightage is given to tour entrance scores, Rest depends on How you perform in your GD/PI. To prepare for your GD PI, I'll suggest you to read a lot about the present political and the business environment of our country. All the best

No, foreign study tour is not there for the PGDM course at BIMM. Yes we've got a lot of industrial tie up for the 2 month internship that every student here has to compulsorily go through. The infrastructure here is rated as one of the best in Pune by various Business Magazine. It is a 365 day college without any holidays. The initial 6 months might seem to be hectic but once you get acquainted with it, its fun to be a part of this college. We have parties every month to ease off the hectic schedule. Overall, its an amazing college to be in. All the best
