And a company will only earn profit when they will be able to sell their stuff also there is always a demand as good sales and marketing guys. Whenever a company comes it will pick 5-7 marketing and sales guys and 1 finance guys for just matter that a finance guy can handle company finance but for sales they need more. As it is bringing revenue into the company therefore its always good pay for them in market.

Hi Viky. It depends entirely on company to company. some will considered it as a very important thing that candidate should not have any gap. As some company will Doesn't give any importance to this criteria. They want the perfect candidate who excel in the financial terminology.

Hi Ruchika. Yes you can go to your home. But you have to sacrifice your attendance. Also is you choose to live in hostel then you have to bring a fax for your mom or dad stating the reason of your home coming. You will be allowed to go home.
