No, after class 12th you cannot do BAMS course without NEET. If you are not qualified in NEET you will not be considered qualified for BAMS.

This year the cut-off for NEET will remain less. So, you can get into a government BDS or BAMS college. Aiming for a government BDS college in 2025 requires a score of between 300-400 in NEET.

BAMS and BHMS graduates can pursue pediatric courses specific to Ayurveda (Kaumarbhritya) or Homeopathy Pediatrics. These offer knowledge of treating childhood illnesses within their respective systems.

They can also take certificate or Diploma programs in child care to work in integrated wellness centers, rural health missions, or Ayurvedic child care clinics, but cannot practice allopathic pediatrics unless they complete an MBBS.
