Indian Academy Degree College (IADC) appears to have an edge over Bangalore City College (BCC) based on:
- Higher rankings (13th in Karnataka, 15th in South India) compared to BCC without any recognised rankings.
- A higher NAAC accreditation grade (A grade for IADC vs. B grade for BCC).
- Offering a broader spectrum of courses (58 across 9 streams for IADC vs. 38 across 8 streams for BCC).
- Both colleges provide placement opportunities, but the specifics and quality might differ.

Indian Academy Degree College, with its A grade NAAC accreditation, diverse B.Sc courses, placements in reputed companies, and specific rankings, appears promising for B.Sc programs. Bangalore City College, holding a NAAC accreditation of B grade and offering courses across various streams, is another option.
