No. You cannot apply.MAT May 2016 score card is not valid. You should attend September's MAT to apply in November 2016

IIM BANGALORE is the best business schools among all the b schools in India.You must appear for CAT exams conducted by IIM's.You must posses some minimum work experience of two years.More than your CAT score you academic profile carries more weightage.Prepare well.
