Colleges aren't decided on the basis of average students or extraordinary students. It's about many more things apart from this because if a student score average marks in an entrance exam still he need to do well in GD/PI. So, it's not about average or extraordinary.

It's better to rejoin to 2nd PU and complete it as it is a basement for all graduation. So, complete your 2nd PU and think on your future studies in your interested subjects.

IT (Information Technology) is a growing field in India, and is looked upon, as one of the industries to provide jobs. A science student, interested in joining the IT bandwagon is usually confused between many courses on offer at the undergraduate level and might end up joining a course which might not be as beneficial as some other course.
