Yes, Here are few colleges which I will suggest you to study B.Sc Computer Science for 1 year before moving to Germany for a Bachelor's degree in Banglore :
Since you are applying for German universities, Mostly German Universities do no except transfer of credits from most of the colleges so first you have to check for that . For the time being
1) IISc Banglore is the only college where German Universities accept the transfer of credits .
But there should be no entrance exam so there are no colleges in Banglore where you can pursue B.Sc one year and then move to Germany.

An All India Rank of 80,809 in COMEDK may get you into the engineering colleges with lower ranks in Bangalore. However, which colleges you will be eligible for cannot be predicted exactly without a clearer picture. Based on similar ranks between 20k-30k, the names of some colleges you may get into include Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, RNS Institute of Technology, KS Institute of Technology, and SDMCET in Dharwad. The fee structure ranges between 2,50,000 to 3,50,000 per annum. Admission cut-offs will fluctuate year on year, while your preferred branch and category may also be a substantial factor.

With a KCET rank of 60,742, securing a government quota seat in B.Sc. Nursing at Bangalore's top institutions might be challenging, as these seats are highly competitive. However, many private nursing colleges in Bangalore offer management quota seats, which provide an alternative pathway for admission.
As of the 2024-25 academic year, the Karnataka government has designated 20% of B.Sc. Nursing seats in private colleges as management quota seats.
