If you want to do be a chef and you are clear about your aim then go for culinary colleges. If you have a slight doubt regarding the same, I will suggest you to opt IHM and pursue the cooking/bakery courses with it.

You have to qualify for the engineering entrance exam like JEE. After which you will be assigned the branch through counseling.

Hi Aryan!
It will be very difficult for you to get admission without giving KCET. You may be required to pay donations as only option available for you will be management quota. So, to be in the safer side apply for KCET exam.
