When you are talking of engineering colleges, the college which you want to leave thinks as if they are going to lose financially by allowing you to leave the college hence they will make all attempts to see that you will not be able to leave. In view of this foregoing my sincere advice to you will be to remove this thought from your mind and concentrate on studying at the same Institute till you finish your engineering course fully and then think of going somewhere else for your post graduate studies.

The basic eligibility criteria for M.Sc. In Microbiology and Bio Technology, suited to you are as under:-
B.Sc graduates with any life science subject securing at least 50% marks in aggregate of all optional subjects are eligible. B.Sc graduates in Biotechnology and B.Sc. (Hons.) graduates in biotechnology/Biology / Botany / Microbiology / Zoology are also eligible provided they have secured 50% marks in the aggregate of all the optional subjects. However, the cutoff % for admission to M.Sc is goes very high according to categories and it is about 56% to 88.44%. So you have to score more than 60%.

If you love Finance, you can do courses provided by BSE, NSE and others in Financial Markets, Foreign Trade, etc. Also, you can start trading yourself. If you love Marketing, you can do courses on Digital Marketing, Digital Media, learn Photoshop, etc. So, search about your interests, and you can google about the best courses provided in that area. But, remember always pursue courses from the best & reputated organizations. The brand value does matter a lot. I would recommend you to study a language along with the regular course that you will be / are doing. (This is an assumption that you are a Delhi University student).
