IIM-Bangalore is the best option. Other than this, SIBM-Bangalore, NMIMS-Bangalore. In Hyderabad, USB-Hyderabad, IMT-Hyderabad, NMIMS-Hyderabad. These are some good options.

Hi Pooja Jayakumar
Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore, Karnataka, India
The government funded IISc (Indian Institute of Sciences) are considered good. Apart from that one, colleges offer selective courses for medical in Neuroscience or Computational Neuroscience. IAN (Indian Academy of NeuroSciences) or Jiwaji are also trending. Although there is no shortage of M.Sc. Courses still, B.Sc. Would be hard to find.

Weekend classes are not regular classes. A regular class will run all day except weekends. You can do distance or correspondence course in MCA through IGNOU.

It would be more preferable if you join regular Masters studies instead of correspondence as it has lot of practicals with it.
