Cut-off For Presidency University for year 2017 for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering for Round 1 was 32359. And the cut off for Round 2 was 52757. Thanks.

That is a bit confusing rank as in top 6 college (RV, PESIT, BMSIT, MSRIT, BIT, MVIT), you won't be able to get CS as seats end up by 2000-2500max rank and with rank you can get ECE in BIT and MVIT and maybe in these two in second round of counseling
And, as I am also student from above mentioned college, I would advise you to not select college below MVIT as it will affect you during placements.
But, don't worry, you have one more option available to you take any branch you get from COMEDK among the college mentioned above and do well (9.0 CGPA+) in your first year and change your branch to IS or CSE

Well, it depends on couple of factors such as what course you wish to pursue and category if any applicable that could help in special seats availability. Accordingly, you can choose the college that best suits you for the course you want with good faculty and placements. There will be easily a couple of colleges that you will be eligible for, before you zero in on one, visit the campus, talk to alumni and do online research on all aspects and then pick it up.
