It is quite difficult to takw admission in any of the college for M.Tech without appearing for any of thw entrance exam. But still there are some hopes, you can approach some of the Deemed university.

Hey Adnan, it is doubtful that you will get a seat through COMED-K. So, what I would suggest is to take the admission directly in the university, rather called as 'Management Quota'. The fees would remain the same. But, you'll have to book the seat as soon as possible because the university's seat distribution works on first come, first served basis.

I don't know about Bangalore, but if are looking for a college that could provide dual degree (PGDM + MBA), UBS, Mumbai is the best. Here, they provide us AICTE approved PGDM with CARDIFF MET.
