Hello Darshan,
RVCE, Bangalore fills its seat via ComedK not via JEE Mains so you need to appear in ComedK and score less than 1000 rank to get any good branches there.
All the best.

Hi!
St Joseph's College of Commerce is a highly reputed Commerce college in the country. It is 130+ years old institution. It ranks top 8th in India and top 2nd in Bangalore after Christ University. There would always be a rush to get admission in Joseph's. The cut off too is high for B.Com. It is around 90% for General Merit, 75% for SC/ST and for Christian Catholic it is easy to get admission with 60% as Joseph's is a Christian minority College.

You can probably visit both the colleges and interact with the students there and then take your decision accordingly. And for the course, MBA is Masters in Business Administration and PGDM is Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Both courses are kind of similar. The main difference is that autonomous Institutes offer PGDM degree as they are not allowed to give MBA degree.
