Hello,
NSB-Bangalore isn't a reputed college for pursuing MBA as it doesn't feature even under the top 50 colleges across India. Consider it only as a backup option, in case you fail to get a good college.

My dear friendm
Accenture itself has tie ups with XLRI and other business schools for its employees. You need to get in touch with the HR or you can go through the policy on the Accenture portal. It will help you a lot in upgrading yourself academically. In fact on clearing the course successfully you also get the fee reimbursed by the company. I hope this would suffice.

12 or 10+2 or HSC or equivalent to it i.e. Diploma is the basic criterion for an undergraduate degree. If you have no time to complete full-time 12th standard course then you can go for open university or else you can go for Diploma (civil, electrical, nursing, D.Ed, special teacher D.Ed, etc.) this give you professional diploma so that you get an easy job then you can always go for part-time job.
