If your rank in engineering is 1034 you can get mechanical in any college through KCET counselling. I would recommend you to put RVCE first and then DSU, PESIT and MSRIT.

You may opt for Bangalore University and Pondicherry University, as both offer B.Com in distance mode. Karnataka Open University has been banned by UGC, so don't opt and any other university does not have any jurisdiction in Bangalore. You may also opt IGNOU.

You may get in many b school.but those degrees of MBAs from. Such institutes will be only helpful to impress a girl for your marriage that you have done an MBA and to tell your parents that you are an MBA and it is governments fault as they are not able to create job for MBAs and MBAs are unemployed in the country. Reason is, such institutes offering MBA without entrance means none of the good students want to take admission there as their quality is worse, pathetic and they cannot provide any campus placement. if you are a cash rich, need an MBA just for namesake to enjoy on your parents money and to get marriage proposal you may find
