Diploma students who aspire to complete their Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology can now opt to join the courses through direct second year engineering admission scheme offered by the Government. Karnataka Examinations Authority has a separate Common Entrance Test called Diploma Common Entrance Test for such students.
