For being a pilot, you should be 17 years old, 12th grade pass with Physics and Maths with atleast 50% marks.
After that, you have to go for Medical test Class 1 and class II
After clearing Medical, you can join any flying clubs in India for flight training and ground classes.
With this training, you have to clear 6 exams of DGCA to get Indian Commercial Pilot licence.
The total cost of all this will be around 3500000 INR.

The fee structure could vary from college to college (government aided/private) & also be based on the type of seat you have opted for (open/paid).
From a ball park point of view, it should cost you from Rs. 3 lacs to 5 lacs.
