Every course and college have different eligibility. You may check the college websites for information you want as per your requirements. Since you did not specify your profile its difficult to guide.

Some of the best colleges are Monno Medical College and Hospital, Dhaka National Medical College and Bangladesh Medical College.

I cannot figure out any drawback as such. The advantage is MBBS in Bangladesh follows almost same books we use to study MBBS in India. Most of the Indian students would find it beneficial in terms of standard of education, cost of education and other related factors.

MBA programs in Norway are usually Executive MBA programs for experienced professionals. You can look for MS in Business. Program requirements are different for different universities. International applicants must take GMAT or GRE and IELTS to apply, for more requirements you must visit university websites.

If you want to do internship and practice in India, then you have to qualify an exam conducted by MCI to check your eligibility and provide permission for the practice.

Definitely she can pursue her Bachelors from India. For that she has to apply to the universities and then apply for study permit in India. Once the study permit is issued, she will be eligible to study here. And one more thing, fees will be pretty high for international students.

Yes GMAT is required for you. You will only be eligible with a GMAT score. Aim for a score of 680-720.
