IBPS Clerk cut off is calculated based on factors such as difficulty level of exam number of vacancies, number of candidates who appeared for exam. Candidates are required to secure both sectional and overall cut off marks. Corrected scores obtained by each candidate in different sessions are normalized using equi-percentile method. Scores up to two decimal points are taken for purpose of calculations.

For correct answer, one mark is awarded. For incorrect answers, 0.25 marks are deducted The score is calculated based on the number of correct and incorrect answers.

Yes, there are sectional timings in IBPS Clerk exam. In prelims exam, candidates will get 20 minutes to answer each section. In the Mains exam, 35 minutes each will be given to answer questions from General/Financial Awareness, General English and 45 minutes each will be given to attempt Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude and Quantitative Aptitude questions. The section-wise exam timings for prelims and mains exam are given below.

No, there is no limit to appear for IPBS Clerk exam. Students whose age is between 20 and 28 are eligible for the test. They must fulfil the education qualification.

Candidates need to bring the printed copy of IBPS Clerk admit card. They cannot show the same through their phones. Along with the call letter, carry one photo-identity proof. Without it they are not allowed to appear for the exam.
