Yes, it is possible by several ways. You can attempt PO exams conducted by banks. You can do BBA and then MBA in Banking and Finance to get a good job at any bank. Also there are various vacancies in banks like, Agriculture Officers etc. You can do related courses and then apply for the respective jobs.

I am a PG 2016 student and I got placed in HDFC bank. I know the highest package offered in my class, it was around 5.8 LPA. I was placed at 4,20,000. All my batchmates were also placed at decent salaries in banks or other financial institutions.

Graduates from any stream can apply to a public sector bank as a PO. Every bank recruits its staff through a written test, group discussion and interview. You can go for a common written exam for 19 public sector banks conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). There are two processes to get Bank PO jobs, one is through SBI and other is through IBPS. Eligibility for Bank PO exams through SBI.

The fee is approximately INR 85,000 per year. The admissions are based on merit list and academic performance.
As a commerce student, you can pursue plenty other courses like CA, CS, CMA etc.
