Hi,
Yes, 76.2% marks in class 12th board is enough to get you in Madras Christian College for B.Com in finance and accounting. The eligibility criteria is 50% or above marks in intermediate.

Hi Mayank,
For Marketing, ITM Navi Mumbai is best college in terms of knowledge, Exposure and ROI. For Finance, NL Dalmia is better than other colleges.

You can prepare for IBPS after graduation. You are even eligible for giving exam right now as you just mentioned that you are already graduated. So, there is no such need to do Masters unless you actually want to study further. Otherwise, you are absolutely eligible to give IBPS exam.
