First of all, don't worry about this thing as you will get to learn it's not like as soon as you go into a firm and they provide you accounting. Any firm if you go for first teaches you the Ifs and Buts and when they think you are capable enough to do then only they will give you the responsibility. Getting confused which one to choose and coming out of it is totally your decision but for this you need to figure out are you good in presenting yourself or representing a firm? If yes, then go for marketing and if you are good with numbers and calculations then finance is good for you. Try talking to your seniors or professor

Congratulations on scoring 88.2 percentile in CET exam. This is a decent score and you do have great chances to get yourself admission provided you GD and PI goes well. IES MCRC considers score as one of the factors of evaluation and rest depends on your performance in GD and PI and also Your work experience. Since you have 1 year of work experience it is going to be an add-on. so right now I would advise you to start working on GD and PI and be prepared to answer the questions related to your work experience, as they might grill you on the same.
All the best.
