MAH BBA CET CAP round is the Maharashtra BBA Common Entrance Test Centralized Admission Process. It's a centralized system for admission to the UG courses offered through MAH BBA CET exam. The candidates who qualify the MAH BBA CET exam can participate in the CAP round for admission to the colleges which accept MAH BBA CET exam for BBA/BBCA/BBM/BMS courses. The MAH BBA CET counselling process begins after the announcement of the MAH BBA CET result. The registrations for the MAH BBA CET counselling 2025 started on August 8, 2025. If the candidates match the cutoff criteria, they can participate in the MAH BBA CET counselling process by registering online on the MAH BBA CET candidate portal using their Application number and password. The State CET Cell Maharashtra will conduct the MAH BBA CET counselling through a Common Admission Process (CAP).

To check and download MAH BBA CET scorecard, they will be required to login in to candidate portal on State CET Cell website by using their User ID and Password. The number of students applying for IPU CET BBA are approximately 2 Lacs and the total seat intake at IPU (including all colleges and specialisations) is 7650. In 2023, the more competitive BBA specialisation was BBA (General) and BBA in Banking and Insurance with a cutoff of 538 and 1014, respectively.

Even if a candidate who have not studied mathematics in Class 12 can still do well in the MAH BBA CET exam. The exam includes sections such as Logical and Abstract Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, and Quantitative Aptitude. The QA section is based on topics such as algebra, geometry, data interpretation, arithmetic, etc. Students do not require advanced knowledge of these topics. To prepare for the QA section students can refer to the NCERT books of Class 9 to Class 12 adn other books such as "Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations" by R.S. MAH BBA CET exam day dos:
- Reach the MAH BBA CET exam centre on the allotted time.
- Keep a photocopy of the MAH BBA CET admit card along with a government issued identity proof.
- PwD candidates should keep the relevant certificates and documents as prescribed by the examination authorities.
- Keep a blue/black ball point pen for calculations
- Keep a drinking water bottle with you as you will not be allowed to leave the seat during the exam
- Cooperate with the test centre staff and follow instructions carefully
- Candidates must write their name and roll numbers on the rough sheet they use.
- Candidates must affix a coloured passport size photograph
