There is nothing any special prerequisites as such for HR Analytics. And you are from HR background itself you will surely get the competitive advantage over it. The basic skills like (Data Analytics, Employees Attraction Analysis, Pay optimisation techniques, etc. are some of the fundamental knowledge that a typical HR requires and perform as a daily task. Additionally, you should have good command over statistics and excel also (since you want to be HR Analyst, probably you know why I am saying this!). Coming into the institute, you can do normally MBA in HR from a reputed college for this feild. Hope this helps. Upvote the a
