You may refer to following link to have an idea about BBA syllabus: http://ipu.ac.in/syllabus/affiliated/bbabi.pdf. Different universities may have minor difference in syllabus. Some Universities offer functional( Marketing , HR etc) or sector specializations ( IT, Retail, Travel etc) in BBA.

BBA in HR has more scope than BBA in Aviation as HR is required in all industries. So, job opportunities will be more in HR but in Aviation, this will limit your career scope to only aviation industry and after pursuing HR, you can find jobs in aviation where HR candidates are required.

It seems your science is ok but no so good. If you are ready to study the next level of science that too in depth then go for Btech otherwise you have many other options also. Whichever the course you choose give ur 100%. Goodluck
