There is no such thing called specialisation exist at BBA level, but you will have an optional subject.

It will you get you a good position with a good package. It is really good doing an additional course in the same stream.

You should gain at least 2 years work experience and then opt for MHRM or MBA HR part time.

Banking has far better scope due to different job profiles and opportunities in various domains.

BBA in HR has more scope than BBA in Aviation as HR is required in all industries. So, job opportunities will be more in HR but in Aviation, this will limit your career scope to only aviation industry and after pursuing HR, you can find jobs in aviation where HR candidates are required.

BBA marketing is one of the best elective as taken by students anticipating huge demand for higher studies as well as for career in corporate world.

It seems your science is ok but no so good. If you are ready to study the next level of science that too in depth then go for Btech otherwise you have many other options also. Whichever the course you choose give ur 100%. Goodluck

You will find good placements in both. What is more important is that what do you like more.
I would suggest you to read about these two specialisations and read what kind of jobs you get in these domains. May be after that you'll come to know what is best for you.
