Both the options are good. It depends on your interest that in which field you want to see yourself in future. You can go for du and prepare for the government jobs. If you want to become a lawyer, then go for Amity University. Best of luck.

Maths is not at all needed, if you want to make your career in Law. However, there may be some basic statistical/ arithmetical questions in BBA. And, yes BBA+LLB is a good combination.

You can't skip one full year of college if that's what you meant. This would affect your career, and although it's not possible You have to study the first year.

The national law colleges except for NLU-Delhi take admission through CLAT. Other colleges conduct their own exams like BHU conducts BLAT and Symbiosis conducts SLAT.

So, as far as merits is concerned, then I must tell you in reality LLB will help you and take your attention on our legal system as well as politics, history, right of people and many more.
