Hi Shilpi,
Each of these courses has their own importance and value in the industry but the selection of course depends entirely on your own interest and passion. In my opinion you should opt either for marketing or finance as these two sectors are growing at a faster pace and are considered as an important driver of the economy. I would suggest you to do it from a good college/university which can provide a better placement.

Both BBA Marketing and BBA Finance are equally good educational qualificatio to seek admission in MIB or MBA IB. Based on any of the specialization at BBA you can choose your electives in PG degree on International Business.

As you already have work experience, then you can go for executive MBA as it will provide you more scope for career growth. In MBA, you will have to choose specialization and also through E-MBA, you can save your 1 year and can be done simultaneously, without leaving the job.
