Totally depends on which college you are doing the behaviour for an average it is between 10000 to INR 5 Lacs rupees and net is a type of undergraduate course and duration is 3 years and totally on you from which college you want to it.

For a Canada student visa you must get a minimum of 5.5 bands in each of the 4 IELTS segments for undergraduate course with an aggregate score of 6.0 or higher graduate courses required a score of 6.5 bands with a minimum 6.0 in each of the four parts to study in Canada.

Yes, you can apply for both B.Com and BMS and later have an option to choose from between the two but that you have to apply differently and both the courses like first you have to apply for the B.Com and then you have for the BMS and when you results are out if you qualify the rank you can select any of them.
