It is not about the location but the institute you are going to. Before taking admission to any particular college, check the Statistics in terms of faculty members, placements and other opportunities like summer placement by the college.

In BBA you will study basic accounts in the first year. From the 2nd year onwards you have to pick your specialization where you can go for other streams like marketing, HR, etc. So, yes with basic knowledge of accounts, you can do BBA.
