Being a Commerce student straight from Intermediate you should go for a BBA General Course only and shouldn't choose any specific domain to start with as then you can easily relate to whatever is being taught, thereby improving your learning outcomes.

In my opinion, both the institutes are good for BBA. While joining an institute you must look for its ranking, placements records, infrastructure, research and consultancy and many more things.
