Dear Rithik, I don't have the complete information about BBA+MBA at Gems B-School Bangalore and BBA+MBA at IMNU, Ahmadabad but being alumni of LPU, I can tell you about the integrated BBA+MBA programme at LPU. I would say the Integrated course at LPU not just saves a year but is financially compatible as well. As per my view, LPU has an edge in terms of curriculum, exposures, and placements. Integrated BBA MBA is a 4-year programme. LPU has been ranked 37 in the Management ranking in 2021 by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF).
