If I do B. Comm from St. Xaviers Kolkata, can I pursue MBA? I don't think St. Xaviers Kolkata provide BBA courses.

No its not possible because PGDM ia a Diploma its not comparable with MBA to properly guide the students of BBA and MBA category.

Just you alternate the main and additional subject in an opposite way then you may get admission in BBA in any big named college.
