They just are two names of the same course. * The conducting body of BMS entrance exam will release the St. Xavier's BMS 2019 application form tentatively from the month of May, 2019. The application window will remain active for a period of about 30-35 days. Aspiring candidates, who wish to appear for St. Xavier's College Entrance Test should duly fill the form online. * The entrance test is held only in Mumbai, no where else in the country.

BBA is related to Management studies. If you are interested and willing to work of organizing, recruiting, managing, etc., you should definitely go for HR specialisation.

No. VIT doesn't have a course as of now (2019) in BBA in Hospital Management.
