Yes, there are many colleges which provide specialisation courses in BBA. But, not every college provide specialisations. Specialisations include BBA in
Entrepreneurship
IT
Retail Management
Banking
Finance.

Almost all colleges don't provide placements after BBA in family business and entrepreneurship. Students pursue this course who want to continue their family business or want to start their own business. You can go for any either IT or entrepreneurship because it depends on you which type of business you want to start, as IT or entrepreneurship is additional subject in BBA the basic knowledge of management you will get in BBA.
