The BMS is an Entrance Based Course, hence it’s result depends on the entrance test that is organized by that particular university.

You can take admission there, but I am not sure about eligible percentage criteria.

You have got a nice rank in BBA CET exam. So, you can easily get admission in the top IPU affiliated colleges but for that, you should keep looking up for the counselling. It also depends that you are from Delhi or Outside Delhi? The colleges that you might get are JIMS Rohini, VIPS Pitampura, etc.
