Apart from these four, there are big daddies as well;
IIM Indore, IPM
It's a 5-year integrated program in management. It's a completely different course for a career. You freeze your next 5 years and don't get a PGDM which an IIM provides after taking admission into one via CAT.
Be ready for a fiercely competitive test for IPM an equally grilling interview, I can say this from my personal experience.
Also, I would suggest not to look any further apart from these 5 programs as all other programs offering a BBA equivalent are essentially on the same page. Don't expect any decent placements apart from these 5 colleges, I, maybe, wrong about this, but it's purely my opinion.

The Ph.D. or the Doctorate degrees offered for the BBA and MBA students are largely in Management Sciences. Now the universities balance with the fundamental aspect of the knowledge on the subject with adaptability in order to create new knowledge and this is certainly received from the interest of students who wish to go for a doctorate degree. Now there is a difficult task in the course that the students who would undergo Doctorate degree will have to go through thorough academic work and should be able to work individually on any research topic they choose to do and then complete the doctorate degree.
Eligibility criteria are entirely based on the marked obtained by the student in his or her Bachelor degree, be it BBA or Bachelors in general subjects. Candidate with greater scores i.e. above 75% is eligible for post-graduation in any stream be it Management degree or non-management degree.
A student can take up Ph.D. in any disciplinary subjects only if he or she scores 60% marks in Post-graduation from a recognized University in any discipline or 75% marks for migration students i.e. students who are from management related subjects 2 years work experience is required.

First of all, you need to understand the difference between BBA and B.Com and then select a course accordingly.

Pros: Brand name, good academics, good Fests and societies. No attendance issues.
Cons: Bottom colleges are decent in terms of academics and placements.
Maharaja Surajmal Institute
Pros: Reputation, discipline, great academics and good placements.
Cons: Attendance issues.
To sum it up, if you're planning to pursue CA/CS/IAS, etc., along with your graduation then I would recommend Delhi University as it has less attendance issues plus shorter duration of classes.
Otherwise, if you have no such intention or you get a bottom college of Delhi University you may consider Maharaja Surajmal Institute as it's an equally reputed college with good academics.
